Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners

02/11/2011

Hine Solicitors are pleased to announce that Lisa McBrearty has successfully qualified as a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

For those of you who don’t know the details of the accreditation:-

“The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is a unique professional body providing members with a local, national and international learning and business network focusing on the responsible stewardship of assets today and across the generations.
Obtaining the STEP qualification shows a knowledge and understanding of trusts and estates that will be converted into practical, applied competence. Full members of STEP are the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates and are recognised as the experts to whom others turn to for good quality advice.”

There are various qualification routes but Lisa has completed the STEP Diploma for England and Wales (Trusts and Estates) and having become a full member she is now entitled to use the TEP designation.

“The letters TEP add a degree of recognition for both potential employers and clients – they see that you have a real understanding of the issues you’re dealing with and that you take a proactive approach to keeping abreast of all the latest developments.”
