The Police caution

If the Police advise you that “You do not have to say anything but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something you later rely on in Court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence”, this means that you are suspected of committing an offence.  We can offer you legal representation to protect your rights.

The outcome of a Police interview
