Ian Davies has recently joined the Family Department at Hine Solicitors and will be based in the firms’ recently relocated Oxford Summertown Office. Ian joins the well established and respected Family Department of Emma Crabbe, Emma Roberts and Laura Williams.
Ian has more than 10 years experience in the field of Family work. He has significant experience in representing high net worth individuals with large and complex asset bases, both in the UK and abroad. Ian has a particular niche specialism dealing with Armed Forces. Local Government and most notably Police pension schemes.
His extensive practice includes all matters relating to marriage and relationship breakdown with a particular emphasis on the financial resolution aspect as well as separating couples, children matters and both pre and post marital agreements.
Ian has been a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel since 2006 which recognises expertise in the field of Matrimonial Law and is also a member of Resolution (formerly Solicitor’s Family Law Association) which promotes good practice within the field as well as the constructive resolution of family disputes.
