Katie Lowndes a family solicitor at the firm appeared live on Malcolm Boyden’s BBC Oxford breakfast show this morning to discuss the firm’s January half price divorce promotion. The divorce promotion was also featured on the BBC Oxford news and appeared in the Oxford Mail, The Sun, The Times, The Mail on Sunday, Wired.co.uk, Divorcesaloon.com, Thisisoxfordshire.co.uk and Softpedia.com.
The divorce promotion is to run in January and offers a 50% discount on the firm’s charges of £800 plus VAT and disbursements. The offer was seen as a good opportunity for the firm to promote their services and attract new clients to the firm.
The Rt Rev Alan Wilson the Bishop of Buckingham was invited to take part in the radio discussion. This sparked a lively debate on the pressures Christmas puts on family life.
Rt Rev Wilson pointed out that there are people who have made every attempt to resolve the problems in their marriage and have ‘hung on in there’ but who genuinely needed help with a divorce. Although Hine Solicitors are not trying to encourage people to divorce we are here for those couples who need our help.
