The Law Society Family Law Accreditation Scheme

Emma Roberts and Ian Davies are both certified as Scheme Members. In order to secure membership to the Scheme members have submitted themselves to rigorous assessment to demonstrate a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in all areas of Private Family Law.

All members have to be practising Family Lawyers for at least three years, undertaking further training each year to update and continue the development of their professional skills. The Law Society introduced the Scheme to help consumers make informed choices about who to instruct and to assure them that The Law Society have asked questions that a discerning client would otherwise ask.
