Wills
Some people are reluctant to make a Will, either because they do not like contemplating their own death or because they think it is something that they can put off until they are older. It is advisable for everyone to make a Will and dying without having made one (dying intestate) can have catastrophic financial consequences for those left behind. By taking a few moments to consider your wishes, and meeting with us to discuss them in person, we will ensure your options are clearly explained and that your assets are passed on to your loved ones as you wish.

Lasting Powers of Attorney
It is not only very important to consider what happens to your property and affairs when you die but also during your lifetime. At some point in our lives, any of us can become temporarily or permanently unable to manage our finances or health care. If you do not have a Lasting Power of Attorney in place and you lose mental capacity the only way that your financial affairs can be managed is by someone being appointed by the Court of Protection. This process can be very costly and lengthy. By preparing a Lasting Power of Attorney you can make sure that your wishes are carried out whatever happens to you.

Probate

The death of a close relative or friend is one of the most stressful situations you may encounter. When you are bereaved your ability to function normally is often impaired and for some people this can last for a long time. We can help to reduce the stress by assisting you with managing the deceased's estate and we can do as much or as little as you wish.

Please contact the office that you would like to use.
