Collaborative Family Law
Collaborative Family Law is a new approach setup by family lawyers to manage the divorce process in a dignified manner for all concerned. In the collaborative process, there must be a commitment to avoid traditional court proceedings and instead seek an agreement through a series of face to face meetings between the parties and their lawyers.
